2025 Entry Fees
All entry fees are shown in New Zealand dollars and include all taxes. A 6% booking and service fee will be added to your registration upon check-out. Late entries will be accepted in person at Registration, unless sold out prior.
Huka River Swim entries are on a tiered system that rewards those who buy their tickets early with a discount. Each tier has a set allocation of entries, and once that allocation is exhausted, it moves to the next tier. The earlier you buy your entry, the cheaper it is.
All payment transactions will appear as Euphoria Management Group Ltd on your bank statement

Transfer to someone else
You can transfer your entry to someone else until Friday 14 February, 2025.To transfer an entry to someone else, the initial registrant must log in to their participant dashboard, select ‘Transfer Registration’, and follow the necessary steps. The new swimmer will recieve an invite to register. No payment will be taken so any refunds/payments will need to be managed between the two parties.
As stated in the Athlete Waiver, under no circumstance are you permitted to give your entry to another person without transferring through the official process. The safety of our athletes is paramount, therefore we need to ensure we have the correct details of all our swimmers.
Withdrawals
If you cannot participate in the event, entry fee refunds are available as per the below athlete withdrawal dates. Requests for refunds must be made to the organiser via email info@hukariverswim.co.nz
The refund is automatically issued to the credit card originally used to pay for the registration.
